Will I be charged for the Free Trial?

No, the free trial is completely free and without any obligations.

 

Will my free trial be automatically upgraded to full membership after the 7 day Free Trial?

No. Once the free trial has ended, if you decide that you do not want to subscribe, no further action will be required by you. The free trial will simply end.

 

How do I subscribe once the Free Trial has ended?

You can subscribe using our secure online payment facility or if you require to be invoiced you can contact us by email or telephone to arrange a subscription.

 

How do I know if the Grants Online service is of relevance to my organisation?

If you are an individual (including if you are a student or a sole trader), then Grants Online is not for you. To get a feel of whether your organisation might benefit from a 7 day free trial, we suggest that you look at the type of organisations that already subscribe to our service. Click here

 

Will I have full access to the Grants Online services during the free trial?

Yes, for the duration of the free trial, you will be able to access the memberss only area of the website where you will be able to search for grants using our database, grant directories and mindmaps. In addition, you will receive our weekly "Funding Insight" newsletter, which summarises the latest funding opportunities as well as register for our email alert service.

 

Will the information I submit to register for the free trial be passed on to any third parties?

No, we never, under any circumstance, pass on your information.
