
Over the last 18 years, Andreas
Lichters has gained extensive experience in Economic and Social
Regeneration, External Funding and Web Site Development. His knowledge and skills have been successfully
brought together to develop innovative and effective ways
of using New Technologies in areas such as community and economic
development.
His experience has also included
bidding successfully for a wide range of external funds such
as for example, ESF, ADAPT, Leonardo Da Vinci and the New
Opportunities Fund as well as managing a number of tans-European
partnerships.
More recently, his role as
Head of Co-financing at the Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole
Learning and Skills Council has given Andreas an in depth
knowledge of the workings of ESF Co-financing.

Jason Forsythe has worked in the field of vocational
training for over 20 years and during that time has worked
with a wide variety of training providers and economic development
organisations in the South East of England and London.
Jason has been involved with the European Social Fund
for the last 10 years and has worked with many providers in
the public, private, and voluntary sectors. He has extensive
experience of project bid writing, project development, and
project management particularly in respect of European funded
programmes.
He forms part of a dynamic bid writing team which has maintained a 100%
success rate with European Social Fund bids. He has presented
seminars and workshops on project development and how to write
winning bids for a range of ESF and non ESF funding opportunities.

Peter
Clarke has over 20 years experience with the National Westminster
Bank and brings with him a wide range of financial skills
and sound budgetary control. Whilst at Hampshire Training
and Enterprise Council these skills have been employed through
the successful sourcing of a number of funding opportunities
both domestic and European, bid writing, project development,
and project/financial management.
Peters
European knowledge and experience come from his involvement
with the European Social Fund both as bid writer and project
manager and his management of an ADAPT transnational project
involving partners in Germany, the Netherlands, France and
Italy.
Peter
has continued to be successful with funding applications,
particularly the European Social Fund. This success has led
to a demand from clients for help to set up and implement
output and financial monitoring systems. In view of his extensive
technical knowledge on the European Social Fund, Peter has
also presented a number of training courses and seminars on
this subject.

Robert Bentley has followed up a research career with over 12 years experience
of project based work largely with an industry sector focus
covering health, leisure, automotive, construction, defence,
aerospace, manufacturing, information communications technology
and the land-based sector.
Roberts work
in economic development has spanned a range of academic, public,
not for profit, and private organisations providing both strategic
and operational leadership. His major strengths lie in strategic
development, partnership building and facilitation, bid writing,
and project management.
Recent work has included project support work with community and voluntary
sector organisations, enhancing a network for employment advice
and guidance, development work for learning partnerships,
seeking funding opportunities for schools, colleges and higher
education institutions, developing applications under the
UK Online initiative and funds for workforce development in
the tourism sector.
Roberts success in bid writing has helped the team win over £4.2m
of UK and European funding for clients over the last 18 months.

Summer has worked in the field of regeneration funding for over five years,
across the Southwest and in Scotland.
Her knowledge of ESF stems from extensive project management
experience, involving EQUAL, ADAPT - including an £11.8million
ADAPT project involving over forty partners - and projects
in Objectives One, Two and Three. Summer has also successfully bid for and managed
large and small scale voluntary sector lottery applications.
Summer has a background in research and analysis, conducting extensive
market research for the University of Plymouth, and developing
and implementing marketing programmes for public and private
sector organisations. She has recently completed a large scale investigation
of transnational lifelong learning policy, involving partners
from Germany, Portugal, and Italy.
Recent work has included managing ESF capacity building projects and strategic
planning for community learning and for youth services, and
several major capital projects for town centre regeneration,
as well as writing successful bids for both ESF and lottery
funding.
