Grants Online Terms and Conditions for Grants Online Subscribers

General
In entering the site you are accepting our Terms of use. We may decide to change them at any time and if we do so those changes will be written into these Terms of use. It is up to you to monitor these Terms of use in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of the changes.

You are solely responsible for the content of your transmissions through Grants Online. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts and omissions that occur under your username or password, including the content of your transmissions through Grants Online.

Virus protection
We make every effort to check and test material at all stages of production. We would advise that you use anti virus software whenever using the internet.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using material derived from this website.

Copyright
Any material found within the pages of Grants Online, including text or images, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial use. Materials found within the External Funding Alert Newsletter and the Email Alerts may be circulated within your organisation but must not be circulated to any person (s) outside of your organisation. Permission for any other use must be obtained by contacting Grants Online.

Grants Online provides this site and its contents on an ''as is'' basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this site or its operation, contents or products. We do not represent or warrant that information available on this site is accurate, current, or complete, and we disclaim any and all representations and warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the full extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall Grants Online be liable to you or any other person or entity, under any theory, including negligence, for damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, actual, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, lost income, revenue or profits, lost or damaged data, or other commercial or economic loss, that result from your use of, or inability to use, this site, even if Grants Online has been advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages are foreseeable. By using Grants Online, you agree that this limitation will apply to all services and content available through Grants Online. Breadth of Service
This site's purpose is to provide information on grants. In subscribing to Grants Online you are given access to the Grants Online Database containing information on Grants from the European Union, the UK Government and its agencies, the Lottery and major Grant Making Trusts.

In addition, Grants Online provides discretionary add on services that are free to the subscriber. These include:

News on the latest funding and grant making developments
The External Funding Alert Newsletter
The Email Alert Service
The Grant Min Maps
The Grants Directories
Although these services are free to the subscriber to Grants Online they are covered by these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our service we guarantee to refund your subscription fee in full within 7 days of you joining Grants Online. Please note that the refund policy does not apply to new members that have taken out the 7 day free trial. This is because the 7 day free trial provides you with an opportunity to evaluate our service before subscribing.

Cancellation of Subscription
With the exception of the one month subscriptions, all subscribers will be informed (by email) that their subscription is due for renewal four weeks prior to the renewal date. If you wish to cancel your subscription you will need to do this at least seven days before the renewal date to prevent your credit / debit card from being charged for a further subscription period.

Grants Online has the right to cancel your subscription for any reason it sees fit. In such case a full refund will be made.

If it is established that you as the subscriber have not complied with the terms and conditions outlined below your subscription can be cancelled. As any failure to comply with the terms and condition is deemed a breach of trust between the subscriber and Grants Online; no refund will be made where a breach of the Terms and Conditions has been made.

Registration
When you subscribe, you are subscribing as a named user of Grants Online. Access to the 'subscribers only' areas of the Grants Online website and the associated services is via your password and username.

We allow you access to the 'subscribers only' areas of the site on the basis that:

(i) you will not do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered subscriber to gain access to any 'subscribers only' area of Grants Online.

(ii) you comply with these terms and conditions.
